HHS Revises Early Retiree Reinsurance Program Application and Instructions

HHS has published a revised ERRP application, instructions, and "Dos and Don'ts" for completing and submitting an ERRP application.

All plan sponsors submitting an application after Tuesday, November 9, 2010 must use the revised version of the application, instructions, and "Dos and Don'ts."
