Biography

Dan is an experienced transactional lawyer handling all aspects of commercial real estate ownership, development and finance, with an emphasis on land acquisition and disposition, leasing, and title matters. Dan’s clients include national corporations, non-profit institutions, private developers and individual property owners.

Dan has been with the firm since entering the practice of law in 1983.
