Pipeline Expansion, Safety Focus of October 3rd Natural Gas Conference

Keynote Speakers Include Maine Public Utilities Commission Chair Philip L. Bartlett and University of Maine's David Dvorak

(October 1, 2019) – Verrill and Pierce Atwood will host the seventh annual full-day Maine Natural Gas Conference on Thursday, October 3 at The Woodlands Club in Falmouth, Maine.

This year's conference will feature keynote speaker Philip L. Bartlett, Chair of the Maine Public Utilities Commission, and lunchtime speaker David Dvorak, New England Combined Heat and Power Technical Assistance Partnership Director and Professor of Mechanical Engineering Technology at the University of Maine. Panel discussions will cover power generation, safety, opportunities for pipeline expansion, and forward-thinking solutions to ongoing challenges.

General admission is $179, with discounted registration available for government employees. Lunch will be served and a networking reception for attendees will be held following the event.
