Suffolk University Law School

120 Tremont Street Boston, MA 02108

Join Verrill's James Roosevelt at the 2022 ABA Senior Lawyers Division Fall Meeting presented by the American Bar Association where he will be speaking as a panelist for The Midterm Elections - Turning Point or Affirmation? Midterm elections have traditionally resulted in the party holding the White House losing majorities in the Congress. Will the 2022 Midterm Elections result in congressional majority changes or in an affirmation of the current party holding on? What impact will the Supreme Court cases in Dobbs and New York Rifle & Pistol Association, and economic conditions have on voter turnout and candidate outcomes? The panel will discuss the upcoming election landscape and efforts by the ABA to encourage voter participation and involvement in the polling process. *This session will not be recorded.
