Join Verrill for its first session of the 2022 virtual Labor & Employment Annual Series. Verrill attorneys Tawny Alvarez, Scott Connolly, and Emily Coombs Waddell will discuss recent federal, state, and local changes to laws that affect human resources and employers' relationships with their employees. During this presentation we will discuss best practices related to COVID policies, current status of vaccine mandate laws at the state and federal level, minimum wage ordinances, reverse discrimination lawsuits, amendments to the Maine Human Rights Act, and Maine’s new Fair Chance in Employment statute.
