ABA: Introducing EJCDC’s New CM as Advisor Contract Document Series

On Thursday, April 7th at 1PM, The American Bar Association will be hosting Introducing EJCDC’s New CM as Advisor Contract Document Series. This series, which will feature Verrill attorney Robert Ruesch as a panelist, will consist of The Engineer’s Joint Contract Documents Committee presenting an overview of the new CM as Advisor Contract Documents Series. They will discuss the key attributes of the contracts, and will highlight certain important areas where these contracts differ from other standard forms.
