Beyond the Watch List: Managing 401(k) Plan Fiduciary Risk

On Thursday, November 8, Verrill Dana will host an informative forum in partnership with Mercer to deliver information on how to avoid common exposures you won't hear about from your Record Keeper. Mercer experts will share best practices in delegated solutions that solve challenges including increasingly complicated regulations, rising class action lawsuits, and reducing fiduciary risk for participants of retirement plans. Also, Verrill Dana Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation attorneys will provide a unique perspective on fiduciary standards in light of the current ERISA litigation landscape, as well as discussing how the fiduciary processes play out in litigation, insight on successful strategies to implement and common pitfalls to avoid. Speakers will include Mercer Partner Muriel Knapp and Verrill Dana Partner Suzanne Meeker.
