Boston Bar Association: Killer Construction Contract Clauses

November 9, 2021 at 12:00pm1:00pm
Virtual Event

On Tuesday, November 9th from 12:00PM to 1:00PM Verrill Attorney Brian O'Rourke will be moderating the Boston Bar Association's Webinar "Killer Construction Contract Clauses." See below for a description of this event.

Construction Contracts often comprise hundreds of pages of detailed documents that can be dry and tedious, but their role in allocating risks and responsibilities between the parties cannot be ignored – especially where a contract might allocate risk in a one-sided or inequitable way.

On this panel, experienced construction attorneys will cut through the boring boilerplate and discuss some of the more critical contract provisions that, depending on how they attempt to allocate key risks, can be “killers” to your bottom line.
