September 16, 2021 at 9:30am10:30am (EDT)
Virtual Series

Join us for the ninth part of our 2021 Employment Law Annual Update! The virtual series will continue through the year on the third Thursday of each month.

This year, we are taking every precaution to make sure our clients and our community stay safe during the pandemic and, as a result, we are making our usual one-day conference into a virtual series spread out over 2021. Participants will be provided with the information they need to navigate the ever-changing labor and employment landscape, as well as CLE and SHRM credits to meet any licensing requirements that participants may have.

Part 9: COVID-19: What We Know and Common Questions

As we head into another fall during the pandemic, employers continue to face fast-paced developments and questions related to COVID-19. In this segment, Employment & Labor Attorneys Rob Brooks and Liz Johnston will provide commentary and advice on the constantly changing legal and medical environment around Covid-19. Topics will include the risks and benefits of mandatory COVID-19 vaccines for employees, penalties to employees who decline vaccination, employee entitlement to leave for COVID-related illness, and updated OSHA standards.

Webinars are 60 minutes each and provide 1 Maine CLE and 1 SHRM credits.

Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
Stay tuned for details on the rest of the series!
