314 Forest Avenue, Events Room, 7th Floor, Portland, Maine 04101 United States of America

The QC2 Lab of the University of Southern Maine is hosting FSMA: What You Need to Know on December 13 at the Glickman Family Library. The new Food Safety Modernization Act requires that producers of alcoholic beverages are now regulated by the FDA. Understanding what federal requirements you need to follow can be challenging when trying to read through all the information. To help resolve those questions alcoholic beverage producers are invited to attend a free presentation and panel discussion hosted by the QC2 Lab at the University of Southern Maine.

Panelists include:

  • Jonathan Dunitz, Counsel, Verrill Dana
  • Jason Bolton, Ph.D., Innovation Engineering
  • Nathan Sanborn, Founder, Rising Tide Brewing
  • Lucille Benedict, Ph.D. University of Southern Maine
