Identifying and Resolving Conflicts of Interest and Other Troublesome Ethical Pitfalls

On Thursday, March 31, Verrill attorneys John P. Giffune and William C. Knowles will be speaking at the Cumberland Bar Association's virtual CLE event, Identifying and Resolving Conflicts of Interest and Other Troublesome Ethical Pitfalls. This program will explore common ethical issues attorneys face including competence, scope of representation, communication, confidentiality, conflicts of interest and imputed conflicts of interests. John and Bill will explain and apply the Rules of Professional Responsibility governing these topics. Attendees will have an opportunity to ask questions of the panelists.
