Marijuana in Maine: Where We Are and Where We're Going CLE

Please join us with the Cumberland Bar Association in a program that will provide a survey of Maine's marijuana regulatory landscape, including an update on the status of the forthcoming adult-use marijuana regulations. Panelists will draw on a wealth of experience in marijuana regulation and its implications for employers and employees. Labor and employment attorney Tawny Alvarez of Verrill Dana will focus on employment issues as well as emphasize the issues relating to marijuana use and the workplace. Joining Tawny is Dan Walker, chair of Preti Flaherty's Government Affairs Group and one of Maine's foremost marijuana policy and regulation experts.

This seminar offers 1 hour of general CLE credit.
