National Business Institute: Maine Civil Practice, Procedure, and Forms

On December 28, Attorneys Brett Leland and Steve Segal will be co-presenting at an online seminar on two topics concerning civil litigation practice in Maine state courts. The first topic will cover the “Unwritten Rules of Civil Court” and the second topic will cover “Perfecting Those First Critical Steps” when initiating a lawsuit. Brett and Steve will discuss their thoughts on key rules (written and unwritten) and offer practice tips for Maine practitioners to consider.
