On Tuesday, June 7th, Verrill Partner Mathew Todaro will be speaking at the National Safety Council of Northern New England’s 51st Annual New Hampshire Safety & Health Conference. The conference showcases motivating keynote speakers with 24 breakout sessions on timely safety topics. Mat and Robert Bartlett, Principal Consultant for Amplify Process Safety, will be presenting ‘How Does EPA’s General Duty Clause Change the Game for Chemical Use?’. Participants in the session will obtain an introductory understanding of the EPA’s General Duty Clause (GDC) standard, receive information on how facilities can comply with the GDC, and hear about the risk associated with noncompliance.
