On Thursday, November 18 at 2:00PM Verrill attorney Kenneth Ginder will be speaking at the PLANSPONSOR Plan Progress: Retirement Plan Cybersecurity webinar. Ken and two other panelists will be discussing the growing risk of cybersecurity as it relates to retirement plan accounts and providers.

This discussion will focus on plan sponsor fiduciary responsibilities related to retirement plan cybersecurity; the most up-to-date actions plan sponsors and participants can take to keep plan accounts and information secure; and how plan sponsors should be prepared in case cyber theft or fraud happens in their plan.
