Role of In-House Counsel in Managing a Crisis or Internal Investigation, Pandemic or Employment Claim

April 29, 2020 at 1:00pm2:00pm
Online Webinar
This webinar will provide in-house counsel with insights into balancing legal obligations and communications in the face of a crisis, and what can be done ahead of time to best prepare. With crises becoming center stage in much of the media and on social media in recent years, how you handle an investigation and respond to a crisis can cause long lasting effects to the company that are hard to overcome, regardless of the legal outcome. Verrill's seasoned professionals will highlight best practices, including what has changed since the pandemic and what might change again post-pandemic in how these issues are addressed. The webinar will also include the top ten most important considerations for how to best deal with internal investigations.

The webinar is free of charge, but a donation of $20 to support the administrative efforts of ACC Westchester/Southern Connecticut is encouraged.
