Barbara Young and Regina Flaherty presented "The New Connecticut Uniform LLC Act" to members of the Westport Weston chapter of the Connecticut Bar Association on Thursday, July 20, from 12:00 - 1:30 PM. The new Act became effective on July 1, 2017 and Barbara and Regina's presentation will inform attendees of the Act's impact on Connecticut LLCs.
