Health care attorney Jim Roosevelt was quoted in the article, "He is going to move quickly, I believe, to improve the subsidies for people who qualify for care through the marketplaces, including the Connector (Massachusetts' online health insurance marketplace). I think he will move quickly to try to settle the gaps in Medicaid (coverage)."
