Biography

Jennifer practices corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities compliance, capital formation, investment funds, and hedge funds. Her practice also includes general business structuring, negotiation and preparation of limited liability company operating agreements, limited partnership agreements, and various financing transaction agreements.

Jennifer was previously an associate in the corporate department at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP in New York, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions, securities, private equity transactions, and private placements of securities, and counseled hedge fund clients.
