Biography

Lee is a corporate paralegal working in the areas of business organization, UCC practice, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance including blue sky, and registration of charitable organizations and commercial co-venture promotions.

Lee was previously a corporate paralegal at Cohen & Wolf PC in Bridgeport, Connecticut, from 1996 to 1998 and at Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. in New York City from 1981 to 1996. Lee is a graduate of Smith College with a bachelor's degree in government.
