Letter Submitted on Behalf of American College of Trial Lawyers to Civil Advisory Committee: Proposed Study of Rule 30(b)(6) Revisions

In his role as Chair of the American College of Trial Lawyers' (ACTL) Federal Civil Procedure Committee, Frank Silvestri submitted to the Civil Rules Advisory Committee a letter on the Proposed Study of Rule 30(b)(6) Revisions. The letter, submitted under Frank Silvestri's name and on behalf of the American College of Trial Lawyers, was posted to the Federal Rules of Practice & Procedure section of the USCourts.gov website.

Following a subsequent meeting of the Civil Rules Advisory Committee in which additional comments on this topic were requested, Frank Silvestri authored another letter on behalf of the ACTL to clarify the College's position on the issue.
