Guidance provided by Tawny Alvarez, Richard Moon and Rob Brooks at Verrill Dana's full day Employment Law Update seminar was discussed in a Portland Press Herald article entitled "Portfolio: Workshop Looks at Workplace Concerns Around Legalized Marijuana in Maine." Following on Maine's referendum vote legalizing recreational use of marijuana, employers in the state are grappling with the implications on their workplaces.
