Selectmen Approve Study to Review Retaining or Removing KLPD Dams

An article published July 27, 2017 on SeacoastOnline.com entitled "Selectmen Approve Study to Review Retaining or Removing KLPD Dams" mentions Verrill Dana attorneys Scott Anderson and Jim Cohen as the presenters at a workshop in which the Kennebunk Board of Selectmen considered various options for the town's future role related to several dams. Though the town had not, at the time of the article's publication, made a decision regarding the future of the dams, the Town Manager indicated that he will continue to work with Scott and Jim to develop a proposal for a study of the impact of both removing and retaining the dams.
