Verrill Dana Attorney Refutes Claims by Maine AG About Marijuana Referendum Question
Scott Anderson was quoted in an October 13 Portland Press Herald article entitled "Maine Attorney General Says Question 1 Flawed, Makes Pot Legal for Children." In the article, Scott, the attorney representing the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol Maine, refuted claims made by Maine Attorney General Janet Mills that passage of a Maine referendum question seeking to legalize recreational use of marijuana by adults would also effectively make such use legal for minors.
