Tim Shannon, a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial, Intellectual Property & Technology, and Business & Commercial Litigation Groups, maintains a national intellectual property practice in a variety of high-tech fields, with a particular focus on patents and patent "troll" litigation. More specifically, his practice involves extensive work in the software, electronics, lighting, computer chip manufacturing, and medical device fields. Shannon was previously named a Future Star by Benchmark Litigation, as well as an IP Star by Managing Intellectual Property for 2015-2016.
