Verrill Dana Welcomes Patent Attorney Robert Hover

(January 29, 2018) – Verrill Dana is pleased to welcome patent attorney Robert Hover to the firm's Boston office.

Through his intellectual property and information technology practice, Mr. Hover counsels clients in all aspects of intellectual property, with a particular focus on patent prosecution and IP portfolio management in a variety of technology areas, including green energy, medical devices, aviation, electronics, and software.

His background in aeronautical engineering provides him with a unique perspective into clients' diverse needs and complements the knowledge and experience of the firm's rapidly growing Intellectual Property & Technology Group.

Most recently, Mr. Hover served as an intellectual property attorney at the Boston office of a global law firm. He received his law degree and L.L.M. from the University of New Hampshire School of Law, cum laude, and earned his bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University.
