Biography

Silvia joined the firm as a paralegal in 2021, with a focus on real estate and corporate matters. She assists in the management and coordination of commercial transactions and preparation of related documents, review and analysis of pertinent diligence matters, and provides assistance at closing. With over 15 years of experience, Silvia provides contract drafting assistance, as well as assistance with corporate formation and related filings. She also has vast experience in civil procedure, legal research, and drafting pleadings.

Silvia attended the University of Connecticut where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science and International Relations. Upon graduating, she immediately began to explore the legal field and ultimately enrolled in law school at the Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctorate.

Silvia lives in Orange with her husband and two kids. When she is not in the office, you will find her cooking, running around after her kids, or on a family hike, preferably near a lake or stream.
