Biography

Victoria is a skilled litigator practicing in the fields of matrimonial, commercial, and civil litigation. As a counselor and advocate, Victoria puts her problem solving skills to work to guide clients to the best possible solutions. She recognizes that her clients are coming to her in some of the most challenging times, and approaches each with compassion and the goal of determining the most effective course of action during the pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Victoria represents clients across the full spectrum of matrimonial litigation. She has litigated dissolution actions, custody, child support, post judgment actions, and protective orders. Victoria also practices mediation, arbitration, and recently became certified in collaborative dissolutions.

Victoria also represents companies in complex business and civil disputes. Victoria handles complex cases from inception to completion including legal research, writing, and trial preparation.

Prior to joining Verrill, Victoria was an associate at a boutique family law firm in Hartford, Connecticut. Victoria has a diverse legal background with experience in criminal law, juvenile representation, Department of Children and Families representation, probate litigation including serving as representative for conserved persons. Before practicing law, Victoria spent 20 years in the aerospace and defense industry.

Victoria lives with her husband and two children in Monroe, Connecticut.
