        Jackie’s practice includes all aspects of probate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, and trust administration. Jackie has more than 30 years of experience successfully litigating a variety of civil matters in federal, state, and probate courts.

        Jackie is the Co-Chair of the Private Clients & Fiduciary Services Group, Director of Fiduciary Services, and Co-Chair of the Probate Litigation Group. She is also a member of the firm’s Higher Education Group. Jackie was previously Chair of the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for ten years.

        As noted in the Chambers 2021 High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law where Jackie received market acclaim for probate litigation, one interviewee stated, “She works really hard to understand all the facts and circumstances in complex cases with an eye towards getting to an ultimate resolution that works for everyone. She is really good at cutting through all of the rigmarole and getting to a place where everyone is happy.” In the Chambers 2019 High Net Worth Guide for Private Wealth Law, another interviewee stated, “Her reputation is fantastic,” and “I was really grateful that she was involved because I found her influence to be practical and instructive.”
