Tyler Hereth is a dedicated and tenacious advocate with over a decade of extensive courtroom experience in high-stakes criminal and civil litigation. His practice spans a wide range of legal areas, including personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and criminal defense.
Tyler is committed to collaborating closely with his clients, leveraging his experience to help them achieve their goals effectively and efficiently. His legal career is built on diverse and distinguished experiences. Before entering private practice, he served as a public defender and criminal defense attorney, honing his litigation skills in demanding courtroom environments. His ability to navigate complex legal challenges reflects his steadfast commitment to justice and client advocacy.
Before pursuing his legal career, Tyler proudly served in the United States Army. His time in uniform instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, leadership, and dedication to service—qualities that continue to shape his approach as an attorney. Tyler’s military background not only underscores his commitment to serving others but also provides him with a unique perspective when advocating for his clients.
A native of Glastonbury, Connecticut, Tyler earned his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Maryland, College Park. Tyler earned his Juris Doctor from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law. While in law school, he demonstrated a strong commitment to public service by volunteering as part of the inaugural class of mentors in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas MENTOR Program. He also co-founded the Philadelphia Veterans Court Mentor Program and the Law and National Security Society at Drexel. Tyler is pursuing admission to the Maine bar.
