Bentley Chung

Bentley helps businesses navigate corporate and transactional matters, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.

Before joining the firm as an associate, Bentley served as a summer associate in Verrill’s Portland and Boston offices, where she worked on mergers and acquisitions and other business law matters.

While in law school, Bentley gained transactional experience through her work with international businesses in the Trade and Development Clinic and her participation in transactional law competitions.

Prior to law school, she worked in business development and client-facing roles across Texas and the Southeast. Her prior work experience informs her practical, business-minded approach to client service.

Outside the office, Bentley enjoys travelling, working out, and exploring new coffee shops and bakeries.

Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is currently pending.
