Verrill Attorney Stephen Segal Named President of the Maine Chapter of the Federal Bar Association

PORTLAND, Maine – Verrill attorney Stephen B. Segal has been elected President of the Maine Chapter of the Federal Bar Association (FBA).

The Federal Bar Association, established in 1920, supports the advancement of federal law and the professional growth of attorneys in the field. Its diverse membership includes private practitioners, corporate and government lawyers, and members of the judiciary. The FBA fosters connection and communication across the bench, bar, and public and private sectors.

As President, Segal will lead the Maine Chapter in its efforts to foster connections among members of Maine’s federal bench and bar and provide opportunities for engagement within the federal legal community.

Segal is a member of Verrill’s Litigation & Trial Group, where he represents clients in complex commercial disputes in federal and state courts. His practice spans a range of business and commercial matters, with experience guiding clients through all stages of litigation.
