Cassie is a trial attorney who handles complex disputes with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.

Her practice centers on construction litigation, where she combines firsthand industry knowledge with strong courtroom advocacy to guide clients through high-stakes conflicts efficiently and strategically.

Cassie represents owners, contractors, subcontractors, and design professionals in matters involving construction defects, delays, differing site conditions, non-payment, and breach of contract claims. Before attending law school, she worked for a design/build general contractor, providing her with direct experience in project operations, construction practices, and the day-to-day realities that often shape disputes.

She is also a skilled brief and motion writer who has obtained numerous favorable rulings through clear, persuasive advocacy. In law school, Cassie competed on a nationally ranked trial team, earned recognition as Best Advocate, and placed second in a national trial competition. Those experiences continue to inform her disciplined preparation, strategic analysis, and effective courtroom presentation.
