        Harry has been representing individuals and business entities in matters of business, financial, and corporate law since 1975.

        Harry provides strategic counsel on the formation, structuring, and restructuring of both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, as well as the financing, acquisition, and sale of businesses.

        In recent years, Harry has developed a strong focus on business succession planning and frequently serves as a fiduciary for clients and their estates. His extensive experience includes leadership in law firm management, having served on management committees and as managing partner at previous firms.

        Before beginning his legal career, Harry gained valuable business experience in the commercial aviation industry, where he worked as both a pilot and manager of a charter aviation company.
