Heidi A. Bean Heidi A. Bean

Heidi is a go-to lawyer when it comes to health care regulatory and licensing issues. She has decades of experience successfully defending physicians, nurses, and other health care practitioners in front of their professional licensing boards.

Medical professionals, hospitals, and other health care entities rely on Heidi’s wealth of knowledge and experience to guide them in the defense of professional liability matters and other legal, regulatory, licensing, privileging, and credentialing issues. This includes advising health care practitioners and entities facing state or federal investigations, as well as providing clients with sound risk management guidance. Heidi is also an essential member of the team representing practitioners facing significant civil, criminal, and licensing claims.

In addition to her strong professional liability practice, Heidi also represents a number of national and multinational industrial equipment manufacturers in the defense of asbestos claims in New England.

Heidi is a lifelong Red Sox fan. She enjoys skiing, hiking, kayaking, sailing, and being outdoors with her family in each of Maine’s seasons, and in all kinds of weather.
