Margaret Capp Fitzgerald
Associate
Margaret focuses her practice on civil litigation, where she uses her research and writing skills to provide thoughtful and practical guidance to her clients. She advises clients in a wide range of subject areas and has experience navigating complex discovery disputes.
Prior to joining Rackemann, Sawyer and Brewster, which merged with Verrill in 2022, Margaret worked as a litigation associate for a general practice firm in Boston. During law school, she interned with the Middlesex County District Attorney’s Office and the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts.
Margaret lives in Hingham with her husband and daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid runner and crossword enthusiast.
