Peyton Sternfeld

Peyton applies her critical thinking skills and attention to detail to help clients navigate a wide range of business law matters.
As an associate in Verrill’s Business Law Group, Peyton advises businesses on general corporate matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, and business acquisitions and sales.
While in law school, Peyton interned with the Honorable Judge Allison D. Burroughs of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts in the Criminal Division. In addition to her internships, she served as a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and the First Year Writing Skills course, experiences that deepened her understanding of the legal system.
Originally from Michigan, Peyton is a loyal Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions fan. Now settled in Boston, she enjoys trying new restaurants and exploring the city with her husband and dog, Pippin.
