        On Saturday, March 7, Tawny interviewed Sean Riley, President and CEO of Maine Course Hospitality Group, for this segment of HR Power Hour. In this episode, Sean discusses that Maine Course’s purpose is to positively impact lives. He speaks of the company’s purpose and values every chance he gets. Whether it be speaking engagements or with some of the 800+ associates throughout the company. Respect, integrity, family, and fun are the values that drives them each day.

        Sean Riley has been in the hospitality business for 5 decades, managing properties from a 19-room motel to a company with 20 hotels and close to 800 associates. In 1989 he joined, what is now, Maine Course Hospitality Group, which was a restaurant company with one hotel and 7 restaurants.
