Update Postings: EEOC Know Your Rights

The EEOC has issued a revised Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal poster (Revised 10/20). The poster is available here and should be posted as soon as possible. This document is revised and should replace the original poster that was issued on October 19. Some answers to Frequently Asked Questions:

• I bought and posted new posters in September, can I just use those? No. You will need to post the revised Know Your Rights: Workplace Discrimination is Illegal.
• Who needs to post this? All employers with 15 or more employees.
• My employees are all working remotely; do I need to do anything? You should update notices and postings electronically.
