This program provides an overview of custody, parenting, and child support issues within LGBTQ+ families. Participants hear from an expert panel of practitioners regarding the legal foundations of child custody and support, including recent changes brought about by the 2025 Massachusetts Parentage Act. Gain critical insights into LGBTQ+ specific issues within child custody and support cases, including practical and advocacy strategies for LGBTQ+ clients.
