Navigating Military Leave: What Every Employer Needs to Know
The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and state law imposes significant obligations on employers with employees who serve in the military or other uniformed services. In addition, state and federal law provide protected leaves for family members of these employees.
