Eric Altholz Featured in Pensions & Investments Article on Retirement Reform
Pensions & Investments
Verrill attorney Eric Altholz was recently featured in a national Pensions & Investments article titled “Trump Order Opens Doors for Modern Tontines in 401(k) Plans.” This piece explores a new executive order that could reshape retirement planning by allowing modern tontine structures in 401(k) plans—an innovative approach to managing longevity risk and improving retirement income.
