Verrill Attorney Tom H. Wilkeson Elected as Secretary of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section

WESTPORT, Conn. (July 5, 2022) Verrill attorney Tom H. Wilkeson was recently elected as Secretary of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Business Law Section for a two-year term.

Wilkeson will be joining Ken Lerman as Chair, Matt Gaul as 1^st Vice Chair, Mark Klein as 2^nd Vice Chair, Rob Feiner as Treasurer, and Danielle Edwards as Legislative Liaison.

Wilkeson is a member of Verrill’s Business Law Group, where he counsels clients regarding a wide range of matters, from the purchase and acquisition of multi-million-dollar companies to the successful formation of federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organizations.
