Verrill Trial Attorney Marie Mueller Elected as Partner

(January 26, 2022) – Verrill is pleased to announce that trial attorney Marie Mueller has been elected partner of the firm.

Mueller represents clients in all phases of litigation, including arbitration, trial, dispositive motion practice, mediation, and before the medical malpractice screening panel. Her practice is focused in the areas of construction litigation, medical malpractice defense, probate litigation, and other complex litigation matters.

Mueller joined Verrill eight years ago and has been an integral member of Verrill’s Litigation & Trial Group ever since. While earning her law degree at the Boston College Law School, she served as writer and editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest. She earned her bachelor's degree from Bates College and earned a Certificate in Mediation from the University of Southern Maine. Mueller has been recognized for excellence in her practice in New England Super Lawyers and as a One to Watch by Best Lawyers. She is a current member of the Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project Pro Bono Panel and a board member and secretary of the Foundation for Portland Public Schools.
