        Verrill Welcomes Esteemed Commercial Real Estate Attorney Chris C. Tsouros to the Firm’s Boston Office

        BOSTON, Massachusetts — Verrill is pleased to welcome Chris C. Tsouros to the firm’s Real Estate Group as a Partner residing in the firm’s Boston office.

        Tsouros brings extensive experience and success as a commercial real estate attorney in Boston, working closely with developers, entrepreneurs, and business professionals in a wide range of development, permitting/entitlement, financing, leasing, and litigation matters.

        Tsouros counsels his clients in the strategic planning, implementation, and successful disposition of significant complex, diverse, and highly visible transactions, with acquisitions/dispositions, financings, and leasing monetized at billions of dollars in aggregate value in each category. Tsouros’ background also directly brings to the table a demonstrated record of success in representing clients in the conduct and resolution of substantial real estate, partnership, joint venture, and business disputes through mediation, arbitration, and litigation.

        Tsouros received his law degree from Boston College Law School, his Master of Law degree from Boston University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree from Tufts University.
