Arthur E. Dentremont, Jr.
Paralegal
Art serves Verrill’s clients by assisting attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from initial client consultations all the way through state and federal court appeals, or other dispositive proceedings.
On most matters, Art engages in extensive document control and organization, aided by a variety of technologies, to distill complex information for use by attorneys in depositions, in summary judgment proceedings or other court filings, and, ultimately, at trial and appeal. He has developed a facility with a variety of electronic document management systems for the gathering, analysis, production, and utilization of case-critical information. Finding things, and people — particularly those not wanting to be found — has been a cultivated strength.
Over the course of his 30-year career, he has developed broad experience in a variety of litigation matters, including real estate, land use, construction, insurance, employment, intellectual property, governmental and private investigations, white-collar criminal defense, securities, and general commercial matters.
Following many years in the Boston legal community, Art has returned to his native Maine, where he enjoys classic and contemporary film and theater, rabidly cheering for the New England Patriots, exploring the coast and mountains of New England, and relaxing with family and friends.
