Jackie’s work encompasses a broad range of estate and probate administration tasks. She is responsible for preparing and filing probate documents, collecting and valuing assets, and preparing estate tax returns for attorney review. She also assists attorneys with gathering the necessary information to complete estate income tax returns. In addition, Jackie communicates regularly with clients and beneficiaries, prepares and maintains detailed estate inventories and accountings, and supports clients in completing forms related to insurance claims and investment account liquidations. Known for her empathetic and detail-oriented approach, Jackie has developed strong client relationships by understanding their unique circumstances, addressing their concerns, and keeping them well-informed throughout the process.
Prior to joining Verrill, Jackie worked as a paralegal at a Bangor law firm, where her work focused on estate administration and frequently assisting attorneys in other practice areas with various tasks.
Outside of work, Jackie enjoys cooking, camping and cherishes the time she spends with her family and friends.
