Jill M. Roberts
Paralegal
Jill joined the firm as a paralegal in 2003 focusing on domestic relations. Jill assists clients in the preparation of affidavits and financial statements, educates clients on process and procedure, assists the attorney in the analysis of settlement terms and agreements, and prepares all necessary documents during each phase of a divorce, post-judgment, or parental rights and responsibilities action. Jill organizes all pertinent client documents and files, assists with discovery, maintains trial calendars, and keeps informed of all applicable procedural, administrative, and case law.
Jill has served clients as a paralegal for the same attorney for more than 25 years. She has an associate degree in secretarial science and attained the status of Professional Legal Secretary after sitting for a two-day test. She is also a notary public.
Jill lives in Kennebunk with her husband and son. When she is not serving the needs of clients, Jill can be found baking a tasty treat, practicing yoga, competing in Tae Kwon Do tournaments all over New England, or walking on the beach with her dog.
