Nima Ghaedi

As a member of Verrill’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group, Nima helps clients navigate complex bankruptcy matters through clear analysis and practical guidance.

During his time in law school, Nima advised startups and social enterprises through Boston College Law School’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, assisting with intellectual property, licensing, regulatory matters, and corporate formation. Nima then interned for Judge Christopher M. Lopez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, where he worked on issues affecting bankruptcy cases of all sizes.

Prior to joining the firm, Nima served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Erik P. Kimball of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he researched and analyzed a wide range of bankruptcy issues across the full lifecycle of cases.

Outside of the office, Nima is an avid cook and enjoys exploring global cuisines.
