Verrill Welcomes Business Restructuring and Insolvency Attorney Nima Ghaedi

BOSTON, Massachusetts – Verrill is pleased to welcome Nima Ghaedi to the firm’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency Group as an Associate, resident in the firm’s Boston office.

Ghaedi helps clients navigate complex bankruptcy matters through clear analysis and practical guidance. Before joining the firm, Ghaedi advised startups and social enterprises through Boston College Law School’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Clinic, where he assisted with intellectual property, licensing, regulatory matters, and corporate formation. He later interned for Judge Christopher M. Lopez of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, working on issues affecting bankruptcy cases of all sizes. Ghaedi also served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Erik P. Kimball of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he researched and analyzed a broad range of bankruptcy issues throughout the full lifecycle of cases.

Ghaedi received his law degree from Boston College Law School, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, San Diego.
